Die Durchführung von individuellen Onboarding-Sessions für neue Nutzer gehört zu deinen Hauptaufgaben. Du analysierst Nutzeranforderungen und empfiehlst passende technische Lösungen. Bei technischen Problemen führst du eine umfassende Diagnose durch und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsstrategien. Die Begleitung von Pilotprojekten und neuen Funktionseinführungen liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.Du erstellst individuelle Schulungsunterlagen und Best-Practice-Guides für verschiedene Nutzergruppen. Die Durchführung von Gruppen-Webinaren zu technischen Themen und Plattform-Features gehört zu deinen Nebenaufgaben. Du sammelst Nutzer-Feedback und leitest daraus Verbesserungsvorschläge für die Produktentwicklung ab. Kenntnisse im E-Learning-Bereich und Verständnis für didaktische Konzepte sind erforderlich. Du bist versiert in der Moderation von Webinaren und Online-Schulungen. Erfahrung mit verschiedenen E-Learning-Tools und LMS ist von Vorteil. Präsentationsfähigkeiten und didaktisches Geschick zeichnen dich aus.Du kommunizierst exzellent und kannst dich auf unterschiedliche Zielgruppen einstellen. Beratungskompetenz und kundenorientiertes Denken sind deine Stärken. Du arbeitest konzeptionell und verstehst es, komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach darzustellen. Eigeninitiative, Kreativität bei Problemlösungen und Freude am Wissenstransfer zeichnen dich aus.
