Shifts: 1900 to 0730, Every other weekend and holiday

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Manage cardiac medical and surgical patients post cath lab and post cardiac surgery
• Titrate drips including Nitroglycerin, Heparin, Diltiazem, Amiodarone, Lasix, Bumex, and Dobutamine
• Collaborate with the central telemetry unit for monitoring and interpreting patient strips
• Utilize and manage chest pain and TR band compression devices effectively
• Participate in a schedule with block scheduling and weekend/holiday rotations

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Valid RN licensure with a submission license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a busy hospital environment
• Proficiency in managing post-procedural cardiac patients and telemetry
