Overview: $10K Sign On Bonus - Weekly Productivity Bonus- Student Loan Reimbursement If you love the outdoors then Western Washington is the place for you. Within our 23 clinics we also have multiple locations offering dry needling, pelvic health, hand therapy, nutritional services, massage therapy, and wellness programs. How RET & Confluent Health Supports You:      ~ Student Loan Reimbursement. $AI enabled Clinical documentation which therapists report reduces documentation time by 90% ~ Industry leading Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD insurances  ~ Family Building and Parental Benefits      Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter. Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance. Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team. Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure. Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply. About: Compensation: $88K - $105K/year + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
