Role Overview

The Presentation Designer is a core contributor on the Brand Experience team within the Global Growth organization. This role focuses on executing high-quality creative across multiple forms of media, supporting pitches, marketing, campaigns, content, and internal brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute design across presentations, digital, social, video, print, and experiential media
• Support pitch work, marketing initiatives, and internal brand projects
• Apply and extend brand systems with consistency and precision within PowerPoint and Adobe programmes
• Build scalable templates and modular assets
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, producers, and Growth partners
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

• Powerpoint expertise is an absolute must for this role
• 5-7+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or experience design
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience working across multiple media formats
• High attention to detail and comfort working at speed

Additional Considerations

• Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
• Time in lieu is provided for work performed outside the standard workweek

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range

$50,000 - $95,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
