Founded in 1993. 19 Locations
Multispecialty FQHC facility focused on access to care for low income persons and child health
Assessing and addressing the medical needs of the Augusta Community
Group provides access to care for low income, uninsured and underinsured persons, mental health care, elder care, family support, and economic development

About the Role:

Location: Augusta, GA
Outpatient Clinic: 8am - 5pm - Work hours are Monday-Friday, no evening or weekend hours.
Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages.
Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.
Provide medication and chronic disease management.
The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat patients and multiple generations of the same families in an outpatient setting.
Multi-specialty practice consists of over 50 providers, 34 physicians, 10 PAs and 12 NPs
Will participate in a call group with 6-8 other primary care providers
Currently seeing 20 to 24 patients per day
Full adult demographic
No hospital call only as scheduled across our IM/FM group for internal patients
Will this provide supervision of up to 4 mid-level providers
ECW EMR system

Qualified Candidates:

Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
Ability to hold a Georgia State Medical License
