Title Registered Dental Assistant Job Description Prepare and sterilize dental rooms and equipment according to health and safety regulations. Take clear and accurate diagnostic X-rays. Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures with a strong understanding of four-handed dentistry. Take accurate dental impressions or digital scans. Understand and handle common dental materials and procedures. Communicate dental procedures and patient needs clearly and empathetically. Provide direct patient care, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Maintain organized patient records and documentation. Salary Range full-time $25 - $30 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Knowledge of dental terminology and disinfection procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions precisely. Experience with operating medical imaging equipment. Preferences Basic life support CEREC Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Certified Orthodontic Assistant Experience with CEREC scanning, design, and milling. CPR and/or AED Certification. Experience with orthodontics.
