$20-23/Hour Depending on Experience

Our Madison West based client is looking for a service-focused, individual to assist in their office. This temporary-to-hire opportunity is conveniently located off Junction Road.

What You'll Do

• Help prospective residents identify their needs and find the right home.
• Qualify applicants, prepare leases, and process move-in documentation in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Prepare the property for daily tours and maintain model units and amenities.
• Manage the resident move-in experience from application through move-in.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, responsive resident interactions.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, phone support, and CRM updates.
• Follow up on leasing leads and maintain accurate prospect records.
• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.

This position requires a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended, as well as education verification.
