What You'll Do

As a Telemarketer , you'll help drive our agency's growth by turning phone calls into conversations and conversations into appointments.

• Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Turn cold and warm leads into meaningful conversations.
• Ask questions, uncover potential insurance needs, and create interest.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
• Learn to confidently handle questions and objections.
• Track calls, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activity.
• Work toward daily and weekly goals while improving your results.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
