Must have availability on holidays and every Fri & Sat, the auditor shift is 11pm to 7am

As a Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Express - Chatham Parkway, you'll oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift while helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests. This role combines guest service, front desk support, and basic accounting responsibilities. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance guest accounts
• Review and verify financial transactions and daily reports
• Answer phones, process reservations, and assist with guest requests
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night
• Complete nightly reports and required documentation
• Communicate important updates with management and day shift staff
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Previous hotel, front desk, or auditing experience is a plus, but not required
