Who We’re Looking For Experienced in Life Insurance or the 403b space. Previous experience in public education for at least 10 years. What You’ll Do Educate school employees on retirement options and strategies. Deliver group and individual education presentations. Build long‑term client relationships based on trust and service. Provide ongoing support and guidance as clients move toward retirement. You are someone who Brings a strong work ethic and takes initiative without needing constant supervision. Is comfortable in a commission‑only role with performance‑based income. Is coachable, open to feedback, and committed to mastering a proven system. Values professionalism, preparation, and follow‑through. Is resilient, adaptable, and willing to build momentum over time.
