Packaging Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 03:15pm)

• Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment according to quality standards.
• Weigh materials and products using scales to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform basic counting, measuring, and record-keeping tasks throughout the packaging process.
• Assist with machine filling duties as needed, including occasional lifting of materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

Packaging Associate Qualifications:

• Previous packaging, labeling, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills required, including counting, weighing, and using a scale.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the shift.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check and be fluent in English (spoken and written).
