Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the circulating RN in an active Electrophysiology (EP) Lab supporting a team of 25 staff members across 6 EP labs
- Assist with and support EP procedures including ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart cases
- Operate and work alongside advanced mapping and imaging equipment including Biosense Webster, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic systems
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Demonstrate flexibility with daily case fluctuation and schedule changes while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a cath lab, EP lab, interventional radiology, or operating room setting
- Ability to function effectively as a circulating nurse in a procedural environment
- Comfort working with specialized EP mapping and recording equipment
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech EMR
- Greater than one (1) year of dedicated EP Lab RN experience
- Prior experience with ablations, device implants, device extractions, or structural heart procedures
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume procedural environments
- Work in a well-established EP Lab equipped with cutting-edge mapping technology and a tenured, experienced team
- Enjoy a predictable day shift schedule with no call and no weekend requirements, with potential permanent positions available on the unit
