Licensed Clinical Lead – Behavioral Health Make a Lasting Impact in Behavioral Healthcare Are you a passionate behavioral health leader looking to advance your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality behavioral health services in the Mesa, AZ area. Position Summary This leader will collaborate closely with operational leadership and clinical teams to optimize integrated outpatient services while ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to behavioral health clinicians. Partner with operational leaders to improve clinical workflows and service delivery. Support implementation of initiatives that strengthen integrated behavioral health services. Promote a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and positive patient outcomes. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from a CSWE-accredited or equivalent accredited program. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Active Arizona licensure at the associate or independent level through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE), including one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LAC) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT/LAMFT) Valid government-issued identification. Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
