Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.Group Summary:The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.Job Responsibilities:Specific Job Duties HR GeneralistProvide overall guidance and support for Team Members, Team Leaders and Managers at Magna Exteriors BrownstownWork with TL’s and Managers in be proactive in complaint resolution by actively promoting the Open Door Process.Coordinate corrective actions and investigations as needed for assigned department and shift.Back up for Recruiting for all hourly and salary positions- this includes initial screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, giving feedback, preparing offer letters, setting candidates up for new hire orientation.Coordinate process for workday/dayforce/authenticator implementation for all new hires and lead New Hire Orientation activitiesTrack and monitor legal compliance training as directed by Magna.Process all tuition reimbursement submissions timely and accuratelyProcess all unemployment claims timely and accuratelySupport company functions and special events.And other tasks as requiredAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
