You’ll be the driving force behind new memberships at your club, meeting new people, inspiring them to start their fitness journey, and helping them commit to a healthier lifestyleMSCs are right at the centre of the club experience; welcoming members, driving membership growth, and creating a positive, supportive environment every day.At Goodlife , you’re not just selling memberships; you’re helping people change their lives through health, fitness, and confidence.ResponsibilitiesProactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaignsGenerating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunitiesAchieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunitiesProviding sales presentations and tours to prospective membersCreating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactionsAchieving successful outcomes to enquiriesOpening and closing the club as per the club rosterActive involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journeyRegular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experienceAbout you:Current First Aid & CPR certificates.Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goalsThe ability to solve problems, and overcome obstaclesOutstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence othersTenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goalsCustomer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomesWhat we can offer you:A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other.
