Warehouse Operative

We are seeking reliable and driven individuals to become part of a dynamic manufacturing facility in Danville, IL. While prior background in warehouse or production settings is beneficial, we welcome all motivated applicants to join our team. Schedule & Compensation 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM — $15.00/hour 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM — $15.75/hour 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM — $15.75/hour In this role, you will handle various production and warehouse tasks, such as the assembly, inspection, and movement of automotive parts. Candidates should be prepared to thrive in a high-speed setting while consistently achieving our quality and output benchmarks. Core Duties Execute standard warehouse and production tasks. Construct automotive parts and sub-assemblies. Examine automotive components to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects. Support the production line by loading and unloading automotive materials. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all protocols. Keep the workspace tidy, orderly, and efficient. Contribute to the success of the team by working quickly in a high-volume setting. Ensure all operational guidelines and company policies are followed. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Requirements Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is an asset. High level of precision and attention to detail. Capacity to perform well in a rapid production environment. Consistent and reliable attendance. Ability to comprehend and execute both written and spoken directions. Capability to function well both autonomously and within a group. Ability to help the team reach essential production and quality targets. Successful completion of all necessary pre-employment screenings. Physical Demands Capacity to remain standing or walking for long durations. Ability to execute consistent, repetitive assembly and manufacturing motions. Ability to lift and move items weighing 35–50 lbs.
