Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $17.25. Job Responsibilities Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, complying with OSHA and relevant regulations. Perform cleaning and sanitizing of patient and resident rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, room stripping, and removal of general and hazardous waste; clean restrooms following infection control procedures. Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment. Clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements. Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas. Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel. Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers. Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required and ensure security of company assets. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager. This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. The role may also require uniforms and/or usage of personal protective equipment. Qualifications Previous custodial experience preferred. Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
