Key Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Prior experience within school settings preferred Familiarity with serving students with autism and a range of diverse communication needs considered an asset Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, teachers, and families Organized, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering student growth Role Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in Pre-K through 5th-grade students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote speech, language, and communication growth Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success and integrate therapy into the classroom Maintain clear documentation and progress records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Provide coaching and strategies for families and educators to reinforce therapy goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning Embrace a fulfilling opportunity to make meaningful connections as you support elementary-aged students in building essential communication skills.
