Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent role is based in Boca Raton, FL. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing listings, and advising clients on pricing and market conditions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, managing client communications, coordinating property marketing activities, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and closings. The role involves performing comparative market analyses, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams and affiliated partners to deliver a high‑quality service experience and uphold Lang Realty’s standards of professionalism. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local Real Estate regulations and practices. Demonstrated Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions. Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship building. Understanding of Real Property concepts, property valuation, and residential market trends. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings. Comfort with real estate technology platforms, CRM tools, and online listing services. Ability to work on‑site in Boca Raton, FL, including evenings and weekends as needed.
