Bilingual Technical Support Representative

Pay Rate : $22.63/hour (Spanish bilingual)

Schedule

• Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM

• Availability for at least one weekend day each week is required

• Paid training: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST

Position Overview: Join a fast-paced customer support team where you'll assist customers across multiple communication channels. This role focuses on resolving account-related questions, researching issues, and delivering timely, accurate service while maintaining a professional customer experience. Ideal candidates enjoy problem solving, communicating clearly, and managing multiple conversations throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers by phone, email, and online messaging with account-related questions

• Investigate customer concerns using internal systems and available resources

• Process account updates and document interactions accurately

• Compose clear, professional written responses to customer inquiries

• Deliver outstanding service while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy

• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer issues efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English

• Minimum of 2 years of recent call center customer support or technical support experience

• Excellent written communication and reading comprehension skills

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Interest in a long-term assignment with consistent attendance and reliability

Preferred Experience

• CRM or customer service platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar systems

• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications

• Live chat, messaging, or digital customer support tools

• E-commerce or event ticketing platform experience is a plus

• Experience supporting customers across multiple communication channels
