Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00). Patient ratio 1:2. Float to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry as needed. Weekend coverage includes approximately half of contract weekends. One pre-approved time off period available.

• Level I Trauma ICU with 16-bed capacity treating critically ill trauma patients
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• 91-day travel assignment in a dynamic trauma environment
• Orientation provided with onsite module completion during initial training period
• Opportunity to develop advanced critical care skills including ventilator management and ICP monitoring

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Texas or Compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred with 1:2 patient ratio experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; PALS and TNCC preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred; Level I or Level II Trauma experience preferred
• Skills required: BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, central line management, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV placement and maintenance
• Must not reside in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris counties
• Must complete onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
