Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay package discussed upon application)
• Salary Range: $500,000 - $550,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and academic direction for the Hematology/Oncology division
• Oversee more than 40 physicians, managing clinical, research, and educational programs
• Lead and expand oncology and bone marrow transplant services across multiple facilities
• Collaborate with institutional leadership to drive research initiatives, including clinical trials and precision medicine
• Mentor early-career investigators and support faculty development
• Develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology care models
• Maintain a clinical practice (~25%) within the division
• Partner on system-wide cancer care strategy and quality improvement projects

What You Need:

• Hematology/Oncology fellowship completion
• Medical license in Michigan (or eligible to obtain)
• Proven leadership experience in academic or large health system settings
• Ability to oversee faculty, clinical programs, and research initiatives
• EMR familiarity: Epic

• Leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Program Director, or Division Chief
• Experience with research, clinical trials, or academic development
