Dental Patient Coordinator

We are a friendly, patient-focused private dental office in West Boca Raton looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Front Office/Patient Coordinator to join our small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and creating a welcoming experience for patients from the moment they call or walk in.

Fully bilingual required (English & Spanish). Saturdays until 2:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Welcome patients and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Manage daily schedule flow and help minimize gaps/cancellations.
• Verify and update patient information.
• Collect payments and review treatment estimates when needed.
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinical team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive front office environment.
• Assist with recalls and follow-up calls.

Qualifications:

• Dental office experience preferred (1+ year ideal).
• Strong communication and customer service skills. Above & beyond attitude!!
• Friendly, professional, and dependable personality.
• Comfortable multitasking and handling a busy phone line.
• Experience with dental software preferred (Dentrix).
• Knowledge of PPO insurance is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Compensation:

• Entry level with/without dental experience: $16-$20/hour.
• Strong dental front desk coordinator: $20-$24/hour.
• Experienced scheduler/insurance coordinator who can drive production: $24-$28+/hour.
