In this role, you’ll enjoy the variety and flexibility of working approximately 5-15 hours per week from September 2026 through June 2027. Your experience in school-based BCBA positions will empower you to both collaborate directly with students and oversee the efforts of two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your leadership will be essential in supporting positive outcomes and fostering a nurturing environment for elementary-aged learners.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proven background in school-based settings, particularly with elementary students
• Ability to coordinate and supervise RBTs effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational staff and families
• Organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities within a flexible, part-time schedule

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise two RBTs, including performance feedback and ongoing support
• Deliver direct services as needed within an elementary caseload
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team
• Contribute to the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Participate in required meetings and maintain timely documentation
