Step into a dynamic contract opportunity working with preschool-aged children at a dedicated Child Development Center. This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role offers the chance to collaborate with a passionate team and make a real impact on early childhood communication and development. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical knowledge, the ability to engage young learners, and the desire to work collaboratively with colleagues. Serving 3- to 4-year-olds, you'll play a vital role in helping children build foundational speech and language skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• South Carolina SLP license and active Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience providing SLP services in a school or early childhood/preschool setting highly valued
• Passion for working with young children and their families
• Team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and intervention services to preschool students, focusing on speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and a team including two fellow SLPs
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings to support student growth
