Tax Office Talent Acquisition Lead
H&R Block
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a skilled recruiter to build strong tax office teams. This role will focus on recruiting Tax Associate candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding and training throughout the lifecycle.
You will plan and staff virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs, engaging candidates from application to start date to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates.
