Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical unit. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs. Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical-Surgical setting is required.
Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in the state of practice is mandatory. BLS certification is also required.
