Trauma-Informed Clinical Wellness Manager

Creating Restorative Opportunities and Programs (CROP)

Creating Restorative Opportunities and Programs (CROP) seeks a licensed clinical social worker to lead the Clinical Wellness program, blending direct therapy with supervision, and shaping trauma-informed practices across the Ready 4 Life initiative.

The role requires an active California LCSW, 2+ years post-licensure, 5+ years trauma-informed experience with justice-impacted populations, experience supervising ASWs, and strong HIPAA and mandated reporting knowledge.
