Description


The Public Area Attendant keeps public areas clean, mops floops, vacuums, dusts, all public area spaces and supports the housekeeping team. This role is detail-oriented and can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness : Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Clean lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Cleans and mops floors and vacuums carpets and dust and polish furniture.
  • Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
  • Safety and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items. Practice?safe?work?habits?to?avoid?possible?injuries.
