Salary: $61,425.00 - $81,900.00 Annually Location : Normal Job Type: Full-Time Job Number: 202300740 Department: Food & Animal Sciences Opening Date: 01/28/2026 Description This position is in the department of Food and Animal Sciences. Examples of Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform or assist with routine data verification and quality control, ensuring data integrity and consistency with prescribed study protocol. Perform and/or assist with routine data analysis and interpretation, as specifically assigned; may utilize specialized analytical equipment and/or instrumentation, or specified statistical data analysis programs and software. Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of research equipment, instrumentation, and/or facilities, as specifically instructed. Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards. May lead, train, guide, and/or allocate work to student employees, research assistants, and/or other research support personnel on specific aspects of research procedure, as appropriate to the role. Performs other duties as assigned.
