Workforce Analyst

Chatsworth, CA - Hybrid (3 days in Office)

Key Needs of the Role

• 
  Coordinate HR projects and ensure cross-functional alignment, timelines, and deliverables
  
  



• 
  Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization
  
  



• 
  Manage and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools
  
  



• 
  Analyze workforce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities (engagement, retention, lifecycle)
  
  



• 
  Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
  
  



• 
  Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and presentations
  
  



• 
  Support survey programs and employee data collection initiatives
  
  



• 
  Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities
  
  

• 
  3+ years in People Analytics / workforce data analysis
  
  



• 
  Experience with Workday reporting (including calculated fields)
  
  



• 
  Strong data analysis, statistical, and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau/SQL)
  
  



• 
  Ability to communicate insights clearly and partner with HR leadership
  
  



• 
  Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
