Client Overview:

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a Director of Finance to join its growing team. As a leader in its industry, the organization offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on growth and operational excellence.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$140k - $160k

Position Overview:

The Director of Finance is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's financial systems, data architecture, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities of the Director of Finance:

• Serve as the executive business owner of the company's financial systems architecture, including its ERP and related platforms.
• Lead system design, implementation, optimization, and change management initiatives across the Finance organization.
• Develop and maintain the long-term roadmap for financial system architecture, including integrations, system enhancements, and platform modernization.
• Evaluate, integrate, or sunset finance-related platforms, including expense and payables systems, treasury platforms, AI-enabled reconciliation and reporting tools, and legacy ERP platforms scheduled for replacement or consolidation.

Required Experience/Skills for the Director of Finance:

• 10+ years of experience in financial systems implementation, analytics, or operational process design.
• Demonstrated track record of self-directed delivery against committed deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to work onsite during core business hours and travel periodically as required.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Director of Finance:

• Experience leading ERP replacement or platform consolidation projects.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled reconciliation or reporting tools.
• Experience building KPI and reporting frameworks across multiple business entities.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
