Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator Procopio is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team in the Firm's San Diego or Del Mar offices. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the firm’s talent acquisition efforts, coordinating and administering staff recruitment across all offices, partnering closely with the Recruiting Manager, hiring managers, Human Resources, and firm leadership to ensure a seamless and efficient recruiting process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities Prepare and post job advertisements Review applications and screen candidates against position requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews, including candidate travel and logistics Maintain applicant tracking system records and coordinate candidate communications Assist with onboarding activities and ensure recruitment documentation is complete and accurate Prepare recruiting reports and metrics and support recruitment marketing initiatives Coordinate participation in networking events and employee referral programs Help maintain recruiting processes, policies, and best practices Qualifications At least 2+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm or search firm Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Proactive, collaborative, and resourceful with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, attorneys, staff, and external partners Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $97,000+ depending on experience Bonuses based on individual and firm performance Comprehensive benefits program including medical (HMO/PPO plans), dental (HMO/PPO plans), vision, and flexible spending/health savings accounts Employee Assistance Program and wellness incentives 401(k) profit‑sharing program and generous paid time off Opportunities for advancement within the group Equal Opportunity Procopio is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and encourages applications from women, people of color, persons with disabilities, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals.
