Industrial Engineer AssociateYou will be the Industrial Engineer Associate for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald, PA. Our team is responsible for optimizing production workflows and facility layouts. What you will be doing as the Industrial Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for improving plant efficiencies and guiding facility modifications. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Analyze and design operation sequences and workflow to improve efficiencies.Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.Manage training programs for production personnel.Conduct cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record studies.Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and operating method revisions.The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and driven to enhance manufacturing performance.
