The hospital's RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high-quality training for nurses.Utilizes knowledge bases of nursing education and experience in order to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.Responds to life threatening situations with appropriate interventions.Practices in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, included but not limited to cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation.Organizes patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.Job RequirementsGraduate from an accredited nursing programLicensure: Current Oklahoma RN licenseMust obtain and maintain a current BLSIf ACLS certified upon hire, must maintain; otherwise, obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment and maintainPreferred Job RequirementsExperience 2 years on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU)NIHSS
