Houseperson / Lobby AttendantJoin us at the Newly Renovated Homewood Suites Pittsburgh Southpointe.Are you someone who likes to stay active, take pride in a clean environment, and support a great team? We're looking for a dependable Houseperson / Lobby Attendant to help keep our hotel looking its best and to support our housekeeping team and guests.What You'll Do:Support the housekeeping team by collecting soiled linens and restocking suppliesClean and maintain public areas, including hallways, restrooms, lobby spaces, and back-of-house areasAssist with guest requests such as delivering extra towels, pillows, cribs, or other itemsVacuum, dust, polish furniture, and clean floors and common areasRemove trash and debris from interior and exterior areas, including garage and driveway spacesAssist with carpet shampooing and floor care (training provided)Put away incoming supplies and keep storage areas organizedHelp maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team membersWhat We're Looking For:A positive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishDependable and able to follow hotel safety and cleanliness standardsWillingness to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftPrior hotel or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required — we'll train the right person!Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 poundsFrequent bending, standing, walking, and reachingAbility to perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks safelyWhy You'll Like Working With Us:Supportive team environmentOn-the-job trainingOpportunity to grow within the hotel and hospitality industryBe part of a brand guests know and trustHigh school education preferred.
