Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Coordinate placement of customer orders, including order entry, processing, tracking, billing, and follow‑up to meet customer requirements. Review inventory to ensure on‑time deliveries. Maintain a feedback loop with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure consistent, customer‑focused service. Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and meeting their requirements. Capture, investigate, and resolve non‑conformances and customer complaints, and enforce corrective actions. Communicate frequently with logistics, distributors, and sales representatives. Maintain accurate and current information on customer requirements. Provide product, pricing, availability, delivery, and certificate of analysis information to customers. Monitor customer credit and coordinate with the Accounts Receivables department; follow up on short pays. Maintain system master files for customers, pricing, rebates, and commissions. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as directed. Provide backup support for other customer‑support functions as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5years of comparable business experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. SAP proficiency required. Understanding of plant/warehouse systems, shipping, accounting, and related procedures. Knowledge of Logistics/Operations and their impact on order fulfillment. Ability to work independently under limited supervision and demonstrate high personal accountability. Ability to make decisions and recommendations within authorized parameters.
