We empower our therapists to practice at the top of their license with the support of our clinical care team, while reaching patients within their communities. **What our Mental Health Therapists find at MinuteClinic:**- Autonomy to build and grow the MinuteClinic practice without the burden payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.- Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+.- Evidence-based care and access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients. - Career growth and professional development within the organization. - In-depth training, development, and support.**Required Qualifications**- Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy**Preferred Qualifications**- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms - Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements - Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting**Education**- Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University. - Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California**Bring your heart to CVS Health!**Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
