Senior Product Manager, Digital Banking

Overview Job Description How will this role impact First Command? The Product Manager for Digital Banking at First Command will drive the company’s strategic initiatives, aligning product offerings with measurable client and business outcomes. By defining an actionable product strategy and building relationships with business leaders, the Product Manager will integrate product and business strategies to deliver value. To deliver value, the Product Manager will craft and present business cases for product epics, document requirements for product features, and communicate ideas through presentations and appropriate artifacts. Collaborating with functional leaders and subject matter experts, they will ensure timely, business-ready product releases. Utilizing customer understanding and proven technologies, the Product Manager will identify and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs. To measure success, the Product Manager will define and continuously monitor product and client experience metrics to ensure value capture.
