Role Overview
• Multidisciplinary, collaborative, academic environment • Focus areas: Quality improvement, Operational efficiency, Expert patient care Key Responsibilities:
• Improve patient outcomes and safety • Optimize patient flow and hospitalization efficiency • Implement new systems and care processes • Establish standardized practices in acute oncology care Direct Care Model:
• Provide direct inpatient oncology care • Work with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, APPs, nursing, pharmacy)• Support care coordination and discharge planning • Integrate quality and operational initiatives into daily practice Academic & Professional Development
• Appointment at Harvard Medical School (Instructor or Assistant Professor, depending on experience)• Initial and ongoing on-the-job training, mentoring, and CME activities Qualifications:
• M.D. or D.O. • ABIM board-certified/eligible (IM or Hem/ Onc )• U.S. work authorization required • H-1b sponsorship available •J-1 sponsorship unavailable at this time
