Job Description
The Turf Pro plays a vital role in driving sales and ensuring high-quality turf installations through expert consultations, accurate quote preparation, and effective deal closure. This position demands strong leadership in operational management, proactive pipeline development, and a commitment to maintaining company standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess turf needs and opportunities
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients
- Close sales deals while actively generating leads and building referral partnerships
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure excellence in every installation
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and margins
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in sales and turf management
- Landscaping, Landscape Design, Landscape Architect or Construction experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Effective time management abilities
