Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking Assistant Superintendents to join our growing Commercial and Multifamily Construction teams. With a strong backlog and an exciting pipeline of projects across North and South Carolina, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a well-established and respected builder.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily on-site construction operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
• Monitor project schedules and help maintain production goals
• Enforce safety standards and company policies on the jobsite
• Conduct quality control inspections and address field issues
• Track project progress and communicate updates to the project team
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Maintain daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or related role
• Commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling and field coordination
• Experience with Procore and other construction management software is a plus
