Imagine starting your day behind the wheel of a 16 ft refrigerated box truck, your route mapped and your mission clear: keep stores supplied and customers happy. As a Route Merchandising Driver with NFI—an industry-leading, family-owned logistics company with 90+ years of experience—you’ll run local routes to get food products onto store shelves across Missouri and ensure attractive, fully stocked displays throughout the Chicagoland region.

Your day in the driver’s seat

• Navigate daily local routes in a refrigerated 16 ft box truck
• Unload and merchandise food products in grocery and convenience stores across the Chicagoland region
• Keep displays looking great and shelves stocked
• Follow safety rules, report issues, and drive with care
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

How you’ll be rewarded

• Weekly pay starting at $20 per hour and expect to earn between $800 - $1,100 per week
• Consistent daily routes with flexible days and full-time or part-time shifts available
