What You’ll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of residential electrical systems.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, safety, and reliability, and communicate recommendations to homeowners.
Educate customers on available services, maintenance plans, and electrical system enhancements.
Build trust with homeowners through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and customer recommendations.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
Support team and departmental goals through professionalism, customer satisfaction, and quality workmanship.

What You’ll Need:

1+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, construction, trades, or a related field preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
Outgoing, customer-focused personality with the ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort discussing recommended services, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades with homeowners.
Desire to learn and develop technical and sales skills in a residential service environment.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be 21 or older
