Porters Ace Hardware - Immediate Sales Associate/Department Head Needed

Porters Ace Hardware is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate/Department Head to join our team. As a key player in our store, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and loving environment, serving the local community. If you are enthusiastic about hardware products and enjoy interacting with customers, this is the perfect job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and excel in your assigned department. Training will be provided
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory and ensure store presentation is always top-notch
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work weekends and weekdays
