About the Role As a Sales Route Manager , you’ll be part of a high-energy, team-driven environment where hard work pays off — literally. You’ll spend the summer traveling with your team to one of our active markets, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them choose premium pest-control services that keep their homes safe and clean. This is a door-to-door, direct-sales position — ideal for competitive, outgoing, and ambitious individuals ready to take control of their income and their future. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods. Present Greenix’s pest-control services with confidence and professionalism. Educate customers on benefits, pricing, and treatment options. Generate new accounts and help meet or exceed sales goals. Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and field mentoring. Willingness to travel and live away from home for the summer (May–August). Prior sales or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to relocate temporarily for the summer season. Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
