This position offers the unique opportunity to work on large-scale, complex litigation matters that make a real difference in people's lives, while developing your skills alongside experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, plaintiff-focused environment.What You'll DoManage all phases of mass tort litigation from initial investigation through trialConduct sophisticated legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and discovery materialsTake and defend depositions of experts, corporate representatives, and fact witnessesCollaborate with co-counsel and expert witnesses on case strategy and trial preparationUtilize case management systems to organize and track complex, multi-plaintiff litigationContribute to the development and execution of litigation strategy on high-value mattersWhat We're Looking For2-5 years of complex civil litigation experience (plaintiffs' side or defense)Exceptional legal research and writing abilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with case management software and legal technologyAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentPassion for advocating on behalf of injured plaintiffsActive California Bar membership in good standingWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: $150,000 - $200,000Substantial performance-based bonus opportunitiesWork on high-value, meaningful cases that impact people's livesProfessional development and mentorship from experienced trial attorneysCollaborative, plaintiff-focused firm cultureLocationThis is an in-person position at our San Diego office.
