Licensed Therapist for Mental Health & Addiction Recovery

Job Description Job Description Galt Ocean Rehab is a locally owned treatment facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL, providing mental health and substance abuse services to an adult population. Our clinical offices and community housing are just steps from the beach and the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Responsibilities: - Provide direct care, counseling, and support to individuals with substance abuse and mental health conditions. - Conduct therapy sessions using various modalities (Individual, group and family sessions). - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes. Experience: - LMHC, LCSW or LMFT license. Veteran experience preferred but not required. - Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use issues. - Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques helpful, able to build rapport with clients who may be resistant to treatment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines. The ideal candiate will be expected to faciliate and document group and individual therapy sessions weekly and crisis intervention (when necessary).
