About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Personal Training to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a high-performing leader with a proven track record in multi-unit leadership within the fitness industry. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission to transform lives and lead winning teams. The Vice President of Personal Training will be responsible for the management and production of the personal training division, including hiring, developing, and managing the performance of a large team of district and regional managers. A key focus will be on achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue objectives, as well as establishing and training staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and create referrals. Applicants for the Vice President of Personal Training position at the company should have at least 7 years' of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in driving personal training sales, profitability, and operational performance. The role requires a strategic, data-driven leader with the ability to build scalable systems, drive accountability, and execute company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and be a results-driven, customer-focused leader with a passion for developing people and building high-performing cultures.
