Senior Accountant

Our client, a rapidly growing infrastructure services organization in the Irving area, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Corporate Accounting team. Job Responsibilities Manage components of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Prepare and maintain general ledger entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities Support acquisition integrations, including opening balance sheet reviews and process alignment Partner with regional accounting teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist with treasury activities including cash management, banking administration, and payment processes Prepare monthly cash flow statements and support accounts payable activities as needed Participate in the annual audit process and assist with internal control documentation Identify and implement process improvements, including AI and automation initiatives Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA required or actively pursuing certification 3+ years of accounting experience Public accounting, public/private mix, or strong industry experience considered Experience with consolidations or multi-entity environments preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Excellent communication skills and executive-level professionalism Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve accounting processes Additional Highlights Fully onsite role in Irving, TX Typical workweeks average 40-45 hours Company completes approximately 10 acquisitions annually, providing unique M&A and integration exposure Significant opportunity for upward mobility as the organization continues to expand Exposure to treasury, acquisitions, consolidations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives Leadership is seeking a driven, growth-oriented professional rather than someone primarily focused on work-life balance This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing accountant who wants broad exposure, direct interaction with leadership, and the chance to play a meaningful role within a rapidly scaling organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
